Zen: to have a peaceful, calm and attentive mindset

When our clients seek therapy they often describe feeling the opposite of Zen – overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, agitated or low. It’s hard to focus and be calm when we’re feeling this way, so it’s our aim to help our clients learn ways to regulate their attention, emotions and themselves, to be able to let go of negative and intrusive thoughts and be attentive to the moment.

This is what it means to have a Zen mindset. A zen state of mind has no assumptions, expectations or prejudices. It is about seeing the situation for what it is. From here we can work on healing past traumas and changing our negative core beliefs from the past that can get tied up in our present life. Following this, we can learn new ways of contemplation and reflection which forms part of our healthy self.

Our services are designed to help you gain a stronger sense of self to successfully pursue your life goals with new perspective
